For the purpose of making quality management system (QMS) to meet the need of development and modernization of Hicap, QMS improving project team came into existence. In the team, director general assumed headman, R&D director was mate. Mr. Wang Guang Jie was entitled to be guider.

Document compilation group, document reviewing group and document implementation group composed the project team, these groups are with responsibility for document compiling, document reviewing and implementing respectively, taking charge of the collectively layout of the QMS, unitive distributing resource, harmonizing and commanding these groups are also its task. Its purpose is to insure that the project is completed effectively on schedule.

Since the project team was established on May, staff at all levels has understood more knowledge on the QMS with the guide of Mr. Wang, the standard of departments has been re-planned and re-compiled. According to plan, QMS improving project should be completed at the end of August.
